酸脂清胶囊治疗尿酸性肾病及高脂血症的实验研究

摘　　要：目的 :探讨酸脂清胶囊降血尿酸、改善肾功能并降血脂的药效学作用。方法 :6W龄Wistar雄性大鼠 ,进食高嘌呤饲料 ,并同时灌服脂肪乳剂 ,建立起尿酸性肾病伴高脂血症的实验大鼠模型 ,采用酸脂清胶囊治疗此两组大鼠 ,设立自然恢复组观察治疗 /非治疗前后血尿酸值 (SUA)、肾功能 (BUN、SCr、Ccr、2 4h尿蛋白 )、肾指数和肾脏病理形态学的变化、血脂 (TC、TG、LDL C、HDL C)。结果 :酸脂清胶囊治疗组SUA较自然恢复组明显下降 ;治疗组Ccr和 2 4h尿蛋白较自然恢复组明显下降 ;治疗组血脂TC、TG、LDL C较自然恢复组均下降 ,HDL C较自然恢复组上升 ;治疗组大鼠的肾小管萎缩、炎症细胞浸润、间质纤维化均较自然恢复组明显减轻。结论 :酸脂清胶囊用药后 ,模型大鼠的血尿酸值显著下降 ,肾功能明显改善 ,且其治疗后血脂亦较前明显下降。表明酸脂清胶囊可以有效的降低血尿酸 。Objective:To take experimental study about whether SuanZhiQing Capsule treat effectively rat model with hyperuricemia nephropathy and hyperlipidemia,and to assess its therapeutic herbal drugs with reducing serous uric acid and serous lipide,preventing renal insufficiency.Methods:High-purine and high-lipide diet were used to make the rat modal.Then SuanZhiQing Capsules were used to treat these rats.The non-treatmental rat models were chosed to be the contrast.The changes of some biochemical of rats were observed.Result:After treating or observing,Serous uric acid,24 hours uric protein endogenous creatinine clearance rate and serous lipids of the treatmental rat model were lower than the contrast.Conclusion:SuanZhiQing Capsule can reduce rat model's serous uric acid,and prevent their renal insufficiency as well as reducing serous lipide.
