试论陕西农村信用社产权制度改革

摘　　要：随着我国农村信用合作社的发展和社会主义市场经济的完善,农村信用社长期积累起来的问题越来越充分地暴露出来,出现了许多自身难以克服的矛盾,其中产权关系的扭曲已严重制约了农村信用社的进一步发展。本文从产权制度改革对农村信用社稳健发展的重要作用入手,深入分析了目前陕西农村信用社产权制度的缺陷及其消极影响,提出了陕西农村信用社产权制度改革的政策建议。With the development of rural credit cooperative and improvement of socialist market economic system, problems and conflicts accumulated in the past fifty years,become more and more serious and obvious in the rural credit cooperative,distorted property-right becomes the main constraint of the rural credit cooperative's further development.The paper points out that the reform of property-right system has important function on the smooth development of rural credit cooperative.Then, the defects and negative effects of property-right system reform of Shaanxi' rural credit cooperatives were analyzed. The policy suggestions of property-right system reform of Shaanxi'rural credit cooperatives were pointed out as well.
