摘 要:本文测定了液膜法除铬传质过程中不同时间时的外相中的Cr(Ⅵ)浓度和pH值,由Cr(Ⅵ)浓度随时间的变化,用尝试法确定传质过程的反应级数。实验表明液膜法除铬遵循二级反应,并计算得反应速率常数。讨论了萃取和膜局部破裂的情况。研究了内相不同NaOH浓度及外相不同pH值对传质过程动力学的影响,认为以内相NaOH浓度低些(1~2%)、外水相初始pH值小于2为宜。The Cr concentrations in the exterior phase and pH values at differenttime in the masstransfer process were measured, and the reaction order of mass—transfer process was determined by trial and error and the reaction rate constant calculated from the change of Cr concentration with time. The results show that the mass—trecnsfer process follows the second order reaction, In addition, the extraction of Cr and the partial breakage of membrane were studied. Different NaOH concentrations in interior phase and different pH valuse of exterior phase have effecton the masstransfer process. It was found 1~2% NaOH in interior phase and pH<2 of exterior phase were appropriate for the mass—transfer process.
