摘　　要：20 0 0年以后 ,德国政府为了顺应国民对食物质量和安全的需要 ,为了适应WTO贸易谈判形成的新的《农业协定》的要求 ,通过立法和采取多种政策措施 ,大力促进国内生态农业的发展 ,使生态农业的发展逐渐步入了正规化和快速增长阶段。The German govenment has established policies and ru les under the WTO <Agricultural Agreement> in order to promote the developm ent of ecological agriculture since 2000. With help of these measures the ecolo gical agriculture is developing rapidly and has been making great progress.
