摘  要:为了制造千吨级煤液化反应容器 ,满足更高温度 (482℃ )和更高的强度等级 (σ0 2 ≥ 4 15MPa) ,减少筒体锻件的重量 ,在原采用的 2 2 5Cr - 1Mo钢的基础上 ,开发出了加V钢。针对煤液化装置 (或大型热壁加氢反应器 )用 2 2 5Cr - 1Mo - 0 2 5V纯净钢筒体锻件的特点及理化性能要求 ,分析了冶炼、锻造、热处理等工序的难点 ,在进行大量的国内、外资料查寻以及材料和工艺试验的基础上 ,制定出并实施了制造工艺 ,经过筒体锻件的解剖及理化检验 ,证明所采用的工艺方法是非常有效的 ,完全满足煤液化装置用钢 2 2 5Cr- 1Mo - 0 2 5V的质量要求。In order to manufacture the thousand tonnage of reactor vessel for co al liquefied for satisfying the higher temperature(420℃) and higher level of st rength(σ 0.2 ≥415 MPa), and reducing the weight of the shell forging,add ing V steel has been developed based on the original 2.25 Cr-1Mo steel. Referring to the characteristic and the requirement of the mechanical properties of 2.25 Cr -1Mo-0.25 V pure steel shell forging , this paper has analyzed the difficult p oints in the processes of melting, forging and heat treatment. Based on the mate rial and process experiments and sourcing the information both at home and abroa d, an practical manufacturing process has been worked out, which was approved ve ry efficiency and has met the quality requirement of 2.25 Cr-1Mo-0.25 V steel used for the coal liquefied device.
