摘  要:对某石化热电厂材质为 10CrMo910 ,服役时间超过 2 1万小时的主蒸汽管道进行了现场取样 ,通过试验研究了强度、韧性等材料性能的变化 ,结果表明材料损伤主要由碳化物的析出和球化所致。Main steam piping made of 10CrMo910 steel in power plant which has bee n operating at elevated temperature for more than 210000 hours was sampled. The material properties including tensile strength, toughness of this component had been degraded by long-term operation at elevated temperature. The result of met allography test indicated that the material damage was due to separation and sph eroidization of carbides.
