摘　　要：引起精纺毛织物起毛起球的因素很多,文章通过大量的实验研究了毛织物起毛起球的原因,从纱线捻度、化纤与羊毛混纺比、织物密度、织物组织、后整理工艺等方面着手,通过对实验结果的分析提出了改善毛织物起毛起球的方法。Worsted wool fabrics are outwardly characterized by plane and smooth wool surface,clear weavy grain,soft handle and elastic property.The lousiness and pilling of wool fabric can break the solemn and graceful appearance peculiar to wool fabric,and produce effects on its handle and wearability.There are many factors that can bring about the lousiness and pilling of fabrics.Through some experiments, the causes of lousiness and pilling are studied in this paper.By analysing the results of the experiments,the ways to improve the lousiness and pilling of wool fabrics are presented here.
