摘　　要：在西方管理思想发展的不同时期,管理学家在著述中提及了组织管理中管理者的权力问题, 本文就是以此为主线,阐述组织中管理者权力的变迁,它实际上潜在地蕴含着一种人性观。In different periods of the developing of the west management thought, managerialists have mentioned the problems of the power of the manager in the organizational management in their writings. According to the main line, the article state the changes of the manager's power in the organization. In fact, the problem contains potentialy a kind of human idea.
