摘 要:CS板是一种环保节能的结构构件,可用做围护结构和承力构件.通过对配有 2种不同直径斜插丝的CS板进行对比载荷试验,研究了斜插丝对CS板抗剪性能的影响.结果表明,斜插丝显著影响CS板的抗剪承载力,斜插丝直径不同,CS板的受剪破坏形态不同.对CS板的受剪机理进行了分析,提出了计算模型,推导出理论计算公式,计算结果与试验结果吻合较好,可供CS板式结构及相关混凝土夹芯板结构在工程设计中参考使用.Concrete sandwich (CS) panel is a kind of panel construct that has the performances of protecting environment and saving energy,and it can be used as fender structure and resistance structure.Two kinds of CS panels which have different diameters steel truss connector were used for load experiment, and the effect of steel truss connector to CS panel′s shearing resistance performance was analyzed. The results show that steel truss connector affects CS panel′s shearing resistance performance extraordinarily. Different diameters of steel truss connector result in different destroy conformations. And the calculative model and formula are proposed. The calculating result turns out to be in conformity with the result of the test, which can serve as a reference to the engineering design of CS panel construct.
