复合薄膜用耐蒸煮聚氨酯胶粘剂的研究

摘　　要：以对苯二甲酸二甲酯、间苯二甲酸、己二酸和乙二醇、丙二醇、新戊二醇为原料,合成得到了端羟基聚酯多元醇,将其与异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、小分子扩链剂反应制得复合薄膜用耐蒸煮聚氨酯胶粘剂。文中对该胶粘剂的合成工艺及由其制备的复合薄膜的性能进行了初步的探讨。This article disclosed the synthetical methods of a boiling-resistant polyurethane adhesive by IPDI, chain extender and polyester polyol which was sythesized by dimethyl terephthalate, m-phthalic acid, adipate, ethylene glycol, propylene glycol,2、2-dimethyl 1、3-propylene glycol. The laminating film that was manufactured by the adhesive had same peeling strength as the film by importing product.
