符合性质量评价方法在打叶复烤质量评价中的应用

摘　　要：针对目前打叶复烤行业质量评价方法的不足,运用正态分布理论,提出了符合性质量评价方法。应用效果表明,符合性质量评价方法能够对打叶复烤质量进行有效的深度评价,克服了传统的合格率评价方法的不足,解决了在打叶复烤中加工指标不一致时的连续性质量分析问题。Aiming at the shortcomings in present quality evaluation method in threshing and redrying industry, a quality evaluation method based on degree of conformance was proposed by means of normal distribution theory in probability. The effects showed that threshing quality could be effectively evaluated with the method, the disadvantages of traditional evaluation method on the basis of qualified product percentage were overcome, and continuous quality analysis was achieved when the processing indexes of threshing and redrying were not in consistence.
