摘　　要：全氟辛酸铵是聚四氟乙烯生产废水中的重要污染物,本文采用高效液相色谱对全氟辛酸铵进行定量分析,通过流动相的离子抑制法,达到了满意的检测效果。Perfluorooctanoic acid ammonium (PFOAA) is one of the main contaminations in polytetrafluroethylene (PTFE) production effluent. The HPLC method was used to test the concentration of the PFOAA with ion restrain in the liquid carrier and proved to be an effective method. 
