摘　　要：采用UASB(上流式厌氧污泥床)———生物接触氧化处理啤酒废水,出水水质达到综合排放一级标准,而VFA(挥发性脂肪酸)可直接监测厌氧处理的运行情况。UASB(upflow anaerobic sludge blanket)-biological contact oxidation is used to treat beer brewing wastewater. The final effluent quality complies with the class A of integrated wastewater discharge standard, and VFA(volatile fatty acid) can be used to monitor the operational conditions of anaerobic treatment directly.
