摘　　要：根据财务失败预测的发展趋势 ,前瞻性、创新性地建立医疗机构财务失败预测的人工神经网络模型。选取 7个财务比率指标建立医疗机构财务失败预测指标体系。该文将医疗机构财务失败预测的人工神经网络模型应用于医疗机构财务失败预测的实际工作之中 ,取得良好效果。根据实践经验可见此训练好的人工神经网络模型具有较强的推广应用能力。Twenty-three mid-or sub-mid-sized medical institutions are selected, which include representation from private hospitals, not for profit hospitals, for profit specialty hospitals, as well as for profit clinic. Sample of the financial data are collected on these medical institutions. Based on process and analysis of these data and by reference to massive amount of domestic and international literatures, plus extensive consultations with experts and professionals in the industry, seven financial indicators are singled out, followed by investigation on financial status of medical institutions from perspective of solvency, efficiency of asset utilization, earning capability and growth power. The conclusion is that artificial neural networks could serve as useful tool for management and investors looking to involve medical industry in connection with making investment and operational decision.
