河南省在业人口文化素质与经济发展分析

摘　　要：　　　目的:分析河南省在业人口文化素质及对经济发展的影响。方法:应用SAS软件对河南省第 3、4及 5次人口普查资料和相关资料进行分析。结果: 2000年河南省在业人口中,受过大专及以上教育的占 3. 35%,与1990年相比提高了近 2倍;与 1990年相比,科研人员的比重提高了 13倍多;在业人口人均国民生产总值为 8 792元。结论:河南省在业人口文化素质不断提高,但与全国相比,河南省在业人口文化素质偏低,经济运行效率不高。Aim: To study the cultural quality of professional population and its effect on the economic development in Henan Province. Methods: The data from the 3rd, the 4th, and the 5th national population over all survey and other related data were analyzed using SAS software. Results: The population educated in junior college or higher level college shared 3.35% of all professional population in the year of 2000, and that was 3 times of the proportion in the year of 1990. The proportion of scientific research people in the year of 2000 was 14 times of that in the year of 1990. The average GDP was 8 792 Yuan. Conclusion: The cultural level of professional population is low and the economic efficiency is not high in Henan Province.
