摘　　要：本文回顾了电子政务系统中字处理软件的地位和使用状况,并对电子政务系统中字处理软件的需求进行了分析;采用XML技术对字处理文档格式进行了分析和设计;基于这种文档格式自主开发了字处理软件,并对软件的架构特点进行了总结;最后,对该软件在某电子政务系统中的应用情况进行了介绍。In this paper,the status and application of word-processing software systems have been reviewed in E-government system,the requirements of word-processing software in this field is analyzed.A word document format has been designed based on XML technology.We develop a software based the document format is developed.Authors draw a conclusion of the structure features of this software system.Its application in E-government project is introduced at last.
