摘　　要：以政府部门电子政务建设为背景,作者讨论了采用UML进行电子政务公文管理系统设计与开发的优势。根据UML的建模原理,作者具体建立公文管理系统模型,设计了系统的体系结构,完成了系统的开发与应用。Background on the status of the E-Government development,the authors discuss the advantages for the design and development of Electron Government Affair-Oriented Document Management System based on UML.Based on the basic principle of UML,the authors establish the model of Affair-Oriented Document Management System,design it's framework.Finally,the authors show development and application of the system.
