摘　　要：电子政务应用中,常需要将不同来源的空间数据进行集成,基于XML的数据交换是对空间数据集成的有效方式之一。笔者参与了某电子政务空间辅助决策示范工程的空间数据交换格式研究。本文讨论电子政务中基于XML的空间数据交换格式的设计目标、遵循原则、数据模型和矢量数据交换格式中的关键点。最后给出一个建议的用于电子政务的空间数据交换格式的XMLSchema框图。并对地球信息交换格式国家标准提出了几点改进意见。In application of electronic government,it is often needed to integrate spatial data which come from different sources.Spatial data exchanging by XML is one of efficient integrated way.The authors have studied spatial data exchange format in an electronic government spatial assistant decision -making application project.This paper discusses the designed target,followed rules,data models and key points about spatial data exchange format which is based XML and will be used in electronic government.The paper proposes an advised XML schema frame about electronic government spatial data exchange format.Three revision suggestions to the national standard of geo-spatial data transfer format (GB/T 17798-1999) are given in this paper.
