全麻术后病人护送途中并发症的原因分析及护理

摘　　要：笔者分析和总结13例全麻术后病人护送途中发生的呕吐、舌后坠、通气不足、烦躁等并发症的原因及护理措施,提出了影响全麻术后病人护送途中安全性的因素及防护措施:在送病人出麻醉恢复室前维持生命体征平稳,保持呼吸道通畅,预防性应用止痛药、止呕药,做好心理护理,减轻病人的不舒适度,严格掌握出室标准;护送途中做好安全防护如上护栏、约束带等,携带必要的抢救物品,密切观察病情,及时发现并发症并处理,重点是维持呼吸道通畅,做好家属的心理护理,专梯接送,缩短护送途中时间。The authors in this paper analyzed and summarized the causes of complications like vomiting, lingual falling backward, poor ventilation and agitation from escort of 13 operated patients under general anesthesia and the corresponding nursing measures, putting forward preventive measures which included sustaining of vital signs before pushing patients out of anesthesia recovery room, keeping respiratory tract unobstructed, administrating antalgica and antidiarrheal, performing mental care, lowering patient's discomforts and strictly abiding by the rules for sending patients out. During escort, bed guardrail and safety belt were used for the sake of patient's safety, drugs for first aid were well prepared, close observation was done to find and treat complications in time. What's more, the key for nursing existed in keeping respiratory tract unobstructed, conducting mental nursing well and delivering patients with only one escalator in order to shorten the escort time.
