摘　　要：针对地区级电力系统当前的实际情况,建立了一种适合于地区电力系统改革所需的模拟电力市场负荷考核系统。提出了考核的目标和内容,并针对地区级电力系统利用载波电话和传真方式传输数据慢和程序复杂的特点,提出了一种B/S和C/S结合模式的地区模拟电力市场负荷考核系统的结构及实现方法,考核对象上报和查询数据采用B/S模式,考核程序采用C/S模式,两种模式结合构成一套完整的考核系统,具有高效、方便、可靠、可扩展性好和易维护性的优点。目前,此系统已在江西某地区电网中得到实际应用。According to actual status of power system of local region, a new load test simulation system in power market of local region based on B/S & C/S combined mode is designed and implemented. And the test object and content are introduced.The tested units report and query data are transferred with B/C mode, and the test programs for the superior units are built with C/S mode, which form an integrated test system.Instead of the complicated and low efficiency of traditional ones, the new system is efficient, reliable, convenient and easy to expand and maintain. The new system has been used in some local regions of Jiangxi Province.
