摘　　要：提出的系统方案采用GE公司继电保护产品构成保护系统,采用国产组态软件“组态王”开发上位机的通讯监控界面。该方案克服了进口设备人机界面可读性低、操作复杂的缺陷,又有较高的可靠性和性价比,并采用S7-200PLC进行现场控制,使整个控制保护系统更加方便可靠。The paper proposes a system scheme based on GE relay protection products as theprotection system.The MMI(Man-Machine Interface) for commu- nication and monitoring is developed by homemade configuration software- KingView.The scheme overcomes the foreign equipment’s disadvantage: poor readability and complex operation procedure, simultaneity achieves high reliabil- ity and performance. The protection and control system is more convenient and reliable because of S7-200 PLC applied to locale control.
