摘 要:将控制论、协同论、耗散结构理论引入水资源系统,并基于这三大理论建立水资源多维临界调控理论;按照对复杂系统"从定性到定量综合集成"的研究方法,建立了黄河流域水资源多维临界调控仿真模型,对黄河流域水资源调控进行了实证研究,实现了黄河流域水资源的优化配置,验证了多维临界调控理论与模型的合理性.By introduction of the control theory, synergetic theory and dissipation structure theory into the water resources system, a multidimensional critical water resources regulation and control theory was developed. According to the research method for the complex system, in which the qualitative study was combined with the quantitative integration, a multidimensional critical regulation and control model was established for the Yellow River Basin water resources. Through a case study with the developed model, the optimal allocation of water resources of the Yellow River Basin was realized, and the rationality of the present model and theory was verified.
