摘　　要：第三方物流产业组织是一种依靠现代信息技术为支撑,以合同为约束,交易主体结盟为基础的产业组织形式。就目前我国第三方物流的发展,用分工演进理论分析物流产业组织内部演进的动力,并结合第三方物流所需的外部环境,如市场结构、社会文化和制度环境等进行分析,力图对第三方物流成长机理形成一个较为系统的研究。Supported by modern information technology, defined by contract,the organization of third-party logistics is a sort of industry organization that isbased on the ally of transaction main bodies. Regarding the current developmentof third-party logistics in China, the paper analyzes the interior drive of evolutionfor logistics industry organization by means of work dividing and evolution theory.Then, combined with the analysis to external environment required by the third-party logistics, such as market structure, social culture and system, the paperseeks a systematic study to the growing mechanism for third-party logistics.
