摘 要:在气井开采的中、后期,气井底部往往积水,使采收率下降。文章介绍了超声排水采气换能器的设 计,该换能器采用纵向复合式换能器振子和四分之一波长聚能器的组合结构,聚能器设计成阶梯结构,压电陶瓷采 用大功率发射材料,前盖板采用硬铝,后盖板采用20钢。压电陶瓷的居里点为330℃,故该装置适合于深井、高温 条件下使用,并且具有每小时雾化量大,体积小,成本较低等特点。In the medium - later term of gas well production, the bottom of the gas well always filled with water, which cause the decreasing of recovery ratio. This paper introduced the design of transverter for ultrasonic drainage gas recovery. The transverter employs the combined structure of longitudinal compound vibrator and quarter wavelength concentrator. Concentrator is designed as ladder structure. Piezoelectric ceramic applies transmitting materials of large power, whose front cover plate is made of hard aluminium and back cover plate is made of 20 steel. The Curie point of Piezoelectric ceramic is 330oC, so the equipment is suited for deep well and high temperature condition. Moreover, it has some characteristics, such as large water atomization quantity per hour, small volume and low cost etc.
