摘　　要：轮古地区是塔里木油田的一个重要碳酸盐岩裂缝性油气藏,为了取得更好的经济效益,进行储层伤 害评价有着重要的作用。从该区块的储层特征出发,主要对压敏损害、固相损害、液相损害及与地层配伍性等几个 方面的伤害因素进行了评价,分析研究了储层伤害因素。实验数据表明,不论是天然裂缝岩心还是室内制造的人 造裂缝岩心,受现有钻井液伤害后,其气测渗透率恢复值都是相当低的。Lungu area of Tarim oilfield is an important carbonate fractured reservoir. In order to obtain better economic benefit, the evaluation of reservoir damage had important action. On the basis of the reservoir features, the paper analysed and evaluated the factors of reservoir damage from the pressure sensitive damage, solids - phase damage, liquid - phase damage and formation compatibility etc. aspect. After natural fracture core and artificial fracture core were damaged by drilling fluid, their perm - plug recovery value were very low. So, the fractured reservoir protection in Lungu area is very important in development operation.
