摘　　要：官方贸易在古代中日经贸交往中占据主导地位。综观古代中日官方贸易,其总体特点大致有以下数端:它实质上是一种朝贡贸易;对于当时的中华帝国来说,是一种厚往薄来的不等价贸易;以两国的政治需要为前提,带有浓厚的政治色彩;往往伴随着广泛的人才和文化交流。Official trade dominated Sino-Japanese economic trade. In an overall view, there are several points about its features as follows: Firstly, the trade was more like paying tribute to an emperor. Secondly, it was an unequal trade in which we gave more benefit to Japan than that we got. Thirdly, it was based on the premise of political needs, and there is a heavy note of politics in this trade. Finally, the trade was accompanied with an extensive communication of human resources and culture.
