摘　　要：本文介绍了一种利用温敏 Z-元件开发的可用于电子系统过热保护的新型温度传感器,并描述了它的特性、电路以及参数设计。这种新型温度传感器具有电路简单,温度灵敏度高,成本低,静态功耗小等优点,可供从事电子系统过热保护设计与开发的广大用户参考。A new type of temperature transducer for the hot-protection of electronic system is introduced , its characteristics,typical circuit and parameter designing are thoroughly described too. The temperature transducer possesses many advantages such as simpler circuit,higher temperature sensitivity,lower cost and power consumption. This paper can be a reference when users make use of the transducer to design and develop hot protection circuits of electronic system.
