摘  要:目的研究复方中药对去卵巢大鼠骨密度、骨生物力学和血清雌二醇、孕酮水平等的影响。方法 78只 3月龄雌性SD大鼠 ,随机分为 8组 :空白组、假手术组 (SHAM)、模型组 (OVX)、尼尔雌醇组、复方中药小剂量加骨粉组、复方中药中剂量加骨粉组、复方中药大剂量加骨粉组、复方中药中剂量组。给药3个月后处死。测定各组大鼠左侧股骨密度 (BMD) ;测量大鼠右侧股骨最大载荷 (E)和破坏挠度 (R) ;放射免疫法测定大鼠血清雌二醇 (E2 )、孕酮 (P)水平 ;并测定大鼠最后体重情况和子宫湿重。结果模型组骨密度值显著低于假手术组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,复方加骨粉小剂量组骨密度较模型组有上升趋势之外 ,其他用药各组骨密度与OVX组相比无明显差异 ;OVX组破坏挠度的值较SHAM组有一定的下降趋势 ,复方中剂量组的破坏挠度较OVX组和尼尔雌醇组都明显升高 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;复方中剂量加骨粉组与模型组相比对破坏挠度值也有较明显的升高趋势 ;复方中剂量的加骨粉与不加骨粉两组 ,最大载荷较模型组都有上升趋势 ;OVX组的E2及孕酮水平显著低于SHAM组 (P <0 .0 0 1 ) ,尼尔雌醇组显示一定的促进E2及孕酮水平升高的趋势 ;中药各组对去卵巢大鼠的血清雌二醇与孕酮水平无明显升高作用。OVX组较SHAM组子宫重量显著下降 (P <0 .0 0 1 ) ,尼尔雌醇?objective To study the effects of NF(new formula) on the bone mineral density (BMD), ultimate load(UL), ultimate deformation(UD), female hormones etc. of ovariectomized rats.Methods Seventy-eight 3-month-old female SD rats, were randomized into eight groups: control group; Sham-OVX group; ovariectomized group (OVX); NF+B(new formula added with bone material) group with low dosage(NF+B+L);NF+B group with moderate dosage(NF+B+M); NF+B group with high dosage(NF+B+H)L;NF(new formula added without bone material) group with moderate dosage; Nilestrioli group. The experiment lasted for three months. At the end of it, the BMD of rats'left femur was measured; UL and UD of rats' right femur were observed;serumestradiol (E2) level, serum progesterone level were measured; and the rats'final weight and the uterine wet weight were also measured. Results The BMD of OVX-group was significantly lower than that of Sham-OVX group(P<0.05=, NF+B+L group showed an increasing trend compared with OVX-group; the UD of OVX-group had an decreasing trend compared with Sham-OVX group, while the UD of the NF+M was significantly higher than both OVX-group and Nilestrioli group(P<0.05=; the UD of NF+B+M also showed an increasing trend compared with OVX-group; and the UL of NF+B+M and NF+M groups both showed an increasing trend compared with that of OVX-group. The E2 and P levels of OVX-group were significantly lower than those of Sham-OVX group(P<0.05=, while Nilestrioli group showed a trend of increasing E2 and P levels compared with OVX-group. No obvious differences in hormone levels between the OVX-group and the NF groups were observed. The uterine wet weight of OVX-group was significantly lower than that of Sham-OVX group(P<0.001), while Nilestrioli group had an trend of increasing the uterine wet weight. Conclusion Nilestrioli had no obvious effects on BMD, UL and UD of OVX-rats, but it showed a trend of increasing female hormones in serum of OVX-rats; NF had no obvious effects on hormones, weight, uterine wet weight etc., but showed an tr
