补血中药抗衰老实验研究

摘　　要：遵循祖国医学气血互依的关系观察了 6个补血中药和以补血药为主组成的抗衰Ⅰ、Ⅱ号方对高龄鼠和D -半乳糖性早衰小鼠的抗衰老实验 ,结果发现对自由基和脂褐素的生成均有良好抑制作用 ,对其他抗衰指标也有显著影响 ,能提高免疫功能和抗应激能力 ;改善记忆障碍 ;提高性激素水平和性器官指数 ,延长家蚕和果蝇的平均寿命和最高寿命。还对四种“血虚”模型小鼠提前康复血象 ,并对造血功能的损害有修复保护作用。In accordance with the interdependence between qi and blood in TCM theory, we observed the anti-ageing effects of 6 traditional Chinese blood-tonifying drugs as well as the Chinese Patent drugs Anti-ageing I and Anti-ageing II mainly consisting of blood-tonifying constituents on aged rats and galactose D premature mice. The result showed traditional Chinese blood-tonifying drugs had better inhibitory effects on free radical and lipofuscin and marked effects on other anti-ageing indexes, improved immune functions and anti-stress ability. Meanwhile, the drugs improved memory, increased sex hormone level and sex organ indexes, prolonged the average and highest life spans of domestic silkworms fruit flies. Besides, the drugs also at an earlier time recovered the hemogram of mice with 4 types of blood deficiency, and repaired the injury of hemopoietic function and protected it.
