长吻鮠肾和膀胱的组织结构

摘　　要：长吻鮠的肾脏由肾小体、肾小管、集合管及拟淋巴组织等构成.肾小体在肾前段最多(2.2个/mm2),中段次之(约1.7个/mm2),后段最少(约1个/mm2);拟淋巴组织在肾的中后段逐渐增多;肾小球直径较小,在60～78μm之间;膀胱体积远比一般真骨鱼类大,移行上皮中有大型分泌细胞,最大径达100μm.纵肌和环肌同等发达,厚280～700μm.The kidney of Leiocassis longirostris includes renal corpuscle, renal tuble, collecting duct and lymphoid tissue. Renal corpuscles are mostly distributed in the anterior portion of the kidney, and there are 2.2 renal corpuscles in every square millimeter of one slice. The secondly distribution is in the middle portion and 1.7renal corpuscles in every square millimeter. In posterior portion, renal corpuscles are least and about one. Lymphoid tissue is increasing in the middle and posterior portion of the kidney. The glomerulus is small, between 6078 μm in diameter. The volume of bladder is larger than the other teleostean bladder. A kind of large excretive cells is found in transitional epithelium. The largest excretive cell is about 100 μm in diameter . Longitudinal and transverse muscles are all developed well, about 280700 μm thick.
