电气用空气收缩管的制备及应用

摘　　要：　　　以聚氯乙烯为基体,邻苯二甲酸二辛酯为增塑剂,CaCO3 为填料, (乙烯 /乙酸乙烯酯 )共聚物为抗冲改性剂,并加入热稳定剂、抗氧剂、紫外线吸收剂等,制备了空气收缩管。由于空气收缩绝缘管在外观、经济性、安全可靠性及使用操作性等方面具有很多优良性能,特别是该管材经特殊处理后能膨胀至一定尺寸,获得弹性记忆功能,使用后短时间内就可恢复到原来的状态,且使用方便,价格便宜,被广泛应用于电力、电信、机车等工业领域。The air shrink tube is prepared with matrix PVC, plasticizer DOP, filler CaCO 3, impact modifier E/VAC and other additives including heat stabilizer, antioxidant, ultraviolet absorbent, and so on. The tube has good properties in appearance, economy, safety and operation. After special disposal, it can expand to a certain size and obtain Elasticity Memory Function, which can renew to its previous state within short time. The tube is convenient to use and cheap. It can be widely used in the industries such as electric power, communication and locomotive.
