摘  要:通过均匀设计法有效减少试验次数,确定制取改性聚丙烯酰胺的最佳合成工艺条件,并首次将改性聚丙烯酰胺作为絮凝剂,用于去除硫酸法钛白生产中酸性洗水所含的偏钛酸。试验结果表明,在pH为2.0~3.5、投加质量浓度为20mg/L、偏钛酸质量浓度7.5g/L、时间15min、温度35℃的条件下进行絮凝,偏钛酸回收率>92%。The uniform design is an effective method to reduce the times of experi ments. The optimal synthesis conditions to prepare modified polyacrylamide are o btained. Firstly metatitanic acid in acidic wastewater of titanium dioxide manuf acture is removed effectively by using modified polyacrylamide as flocculant. Th e results show that metatitanic acid in the acidic wastewater produced during t itanium dioxide manufacture could be removed over 92% under the conditions of pH 2.0-3.5, the dosage of flocculants 20 mg/L, concentration of metatitanic aci d 7.5 g/L ,while time and temperature of reaction are 15 min and 35 ℃, respecti vely.
