摘  要:以铜(Ⅱ)对过氧化氢氧化抗坏血酸的催化作用为基础,建立了一种催化动力学紫外吸光光度法直接测定水中痕量铜的方法。在pH3.5,0.0014mol·L-1抗坏血酸溶液,0.035mol·L-1过氧化氢溶液的体系中,方法的回收率为98.5%-99.4%,检出限为4μg·L-1。用以测定自来水、河水、生活污水中铜,结果满意。Based on the catalytic action of Cu(Ⅱ) on the oxidation of VC by H2O2, trace amounts of copper (Ⅱ) in water was determined directly by the catalytic UV-photometry. The oxidized form of VC shows an absorption maxima at 243. 8 nm. Linearity relationship was kept between the absorbance of oxidized VC and the concentration of copper(Ⅱ) in the range of 0.1-2. 0 μg per 25 mL of solution. The absorbances are taken at 15 min from the beginning of the reaction at a temperature of 40℃. The reaction takes place in a solution of pH 3. 5 and the concentrations of VC and H2O2 in the solution are 0. 0014 mol·L-1 and 0. 035 mol·L-1 respectively. Recoveries obtained are ranged from 98. 5% to 99. 4%. Detection limit of this method is found to be 4 μg·L-1. The proposed method has been used satisfactorily in the determination of traces of copper in tap water, river water and waste water.
