摘　　要：对近期国际学术界分时度假理论的研究动态要做一个较为全面的了解 ,并对国内分时度假研究进展进行分析和思考 ,我国分时度假领域有待加强和深入研究的问题很多 ,如 :产业发展环境研究 ;产业发展的对策研究 ;After making a comprehensive introduction to recent researches on timeshare theory in international academia,this paper analyses the domestic developments of timeshare research,and points out the problems such as the rearch on the environment for industrial development,countermeasures for industrial development and marketing analysis,etc.
