摘　　要：长期以来,广东一直是我国最为开放的沿海省市场,加入WTO对广东的外资引进的影响是机遇与挑战并存。如何才能使广东在引资问题上更好地迎接新挑战、充分利用机遇,以确保其传统的引资优势地位。据此,基于对广东省自开放至今外资引进的实证考察,探析加入WTO后广东面临的挑战、可寻求的机遇,并揭示了其吸引外资所存在的问题。从吸引跨国公司R&G投资、特定事业聚集效应、投资环境等方面入手,提出广东外资引进对策。For a long time, Guangdong Province is always the most exoteric coastal province in our country . The influences of entering the WTO exerting on the foreign capital introduction brings about both opportunities and challenges. How to face up to the new challenges and make full use of the opportunities so as to insure the traditional dominate position is a current task. According to the practial review of introducing foreign capital these years, this paper analyses the challenges and opportunities after entering the WTO, reveals the problems of introducing foreign capital to Guangdong Province. As to introducing multinational R&D investment, gathering - effects of special industries and investmental environment, it provides some countermeasures for dealing with the effects brought by entering the WTO.
