摘　　要：在对现有的几种物流模式研究的基础上,着重阐述我国目前第三方物流的特点,对不同的第三方物流进行分析比较;从两个维度,即企业对物流的控制能力与要求,企业完成物流的成本来考察研究第三方物流和其它形式的物流的特点和适用要求;从企业的角度,对第三方物流的价值进行研究。This paper draws a systematic analysis on various logistics patterns. Combining with other three kinds of logistics patterns, it emphasizes the characteristic of Third - Party Logistics. From two dimensions, the control ability and requirement of a enterprise and the cost of fulfilling logistics activities, it studies the differences between Third - Party Logistics and other kinds of logistics. It clarifies the advantages of Third - Party Logistics over other kinds of logistics.
