摘　　要：目的探讨重度尿道下裂治疗方法及并发症的预防。方法采用带蒂阴囊皮管向上翻转或阴囊中隔原位皮 管联合带蒂阴囊皮管向上翻转作新尿道。结果27例患者中25例获得成功,手术后出现尿漏1例,尿道狭窄1例,并发 症发生率为7.4％。结论对于重度尿道下裂可采用带蒂阴囊皮管成形尿道。该手术效果可靠。Objective To discuss the surgical approach to treat hypospadias with long urethra deficiency and the prevention of post - operative complication. Methods Twenty- seven cases with hypospadias were treated by scrotal skin tube. Results One case had suffered from fistula, another case had suffered from stricture. The incidence of complication was 7.4%. The rate of success was 92.6% (25/27). Conclusions The hypospadias with long urethra deficiency could be repaired with scrotal skin tube. This surgical method is reliable.
