摘　　要：目的探讨胃肠道外营养(PN)在早产儿应用中的临床意义。方法将24例早产低体重儿分为两组,治疗 组在抗炎补液基础上行胃肠道外营养,对照组常规补液治疗。结果 胃肠道外营养(PN)组出院前体重增长较对照组有 明显增加。结论早产低出生体重儿予以PN有较重要的临床意义。Objective To explore the clinical effects of parenteral nutrition(PN) on premature low birth weight infant. Methods 24 cases of premature infants were divided into two groups randomly. The control group was treated with antibacterial and fluid infusion (basal treatment). The experimental group was treated with PN on basal treatment. Results The weight increased of the experimental group was obvious higher than that of the control group. Conclusions PN treatment has beneficial effects on premature low birth infant.
