中型综合性医院开展院前急救的做法和体会

摘　　要：目的探讨中型综合性医院如何有效地开展院前急救。方法回顾性总结我院4年来院前急救工作。结果4年中共出车3800次,接回病人3634人,现场急救1327人,现场和途中抢救成功率93％,参加灾害事故急救26起。病人及家属满意度98％。结论健全组织、广泛宣传、严守规程、开放通道、重在急救、政策扶持是中型综合性医院开展院前急救的关键。Objective To investigate how to carry out pre - hospital care effectively in medium - size general hospital. Methods Summarized the pre- hospital care in past 4 years in our hospital retrospectively. Results In past 4 years, our hospital sent ambulance to locale of accident 3800 times, and carried 3634 patients back to hospital, 1327 patients got first aid. The success ratio of first aid is 93%. We took party in the rescuing in 26 accidents. Conclusions The key of the first aid in medium- size hospital is: perfecting the organization, complying with the rules, opening the passageway, attaching importance to first aid and the supporting policy.
