小儿尿道下裂一期尿道成形术的护理

摘　　要：目的探讨尿道下裂围手术期的护理对提高一期尿道成形术治愈率的作用。方法对一期手术治疗的小儿尿道下裂570例,加强了围手术期的护理。结果一期治愈472例(82.8％)术后出现尿瘘、尿道狭窄等并发症共98例(17.2％)。获得了满意的疗效。结论加强术前心理护理,术后及时有效的镇静及止痛,保持导尿管通畅和避免术区感染,同时保持大便通畅,避免大便污染伤口,以及出院正确指导是提高本病疗效的有效护理措施。Objective To investigate the value of perioperative nursing in one - stage urethroplasty of hypospadias. Methods The nursing data of 570 cases with hypospadias undergoing one- stage urethroplasty was analyzed ret respectively. Results Four hundred and seventy two (82.8%) cases were cured one step, and 97 (17.2%) cases complicated with urinary fistula or urethrostenosis. Conclusions To strengthen preoperative mental nurse, give efficiency sedation and acesodyne after operation, maintain ureter unobstructed and avoid constipation, prevent wound infection, and provide advisable guidance before leaving hospital, are the efficiency ways for improving the curative ratio and reducing complications.
