摘  要:以十二烷基磺酸铁催化合成了丙酸正丁酯。实验结果表明最佳反应条件为丙酸100mmol,n(丙酸)∶n(正丁醇)=1.0∶1.2,十二烷基磺酸铁0.8g(约1.0mmol),带水剂环己烷6mL,回流分水60min,酯化率94.6%。催化剂重复使用5次仍保持较高活性。Butyl propionate was synthesized by esterification of propionic acid with n-butyl alcohol using Ferric tri(dodecanesulfonate) as a catalyst. The experiment results showed that the best of reaction conditions were as follows: when the amount of propionic acid was 100 mmol, the ratio of n-butyl alcohol to propionic acid was 1.2, the amount of catalyst was 0.8 g( 1.0 mmol), cyclohexane as a water-carrying agent was 6 mL. The yield of butyl propionate reached 94.6% refluxing 60 min. The catalyst still kept high activity after reused five times.
