中药配合牵引综合治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效观察及其对血清SOD活性的影响

摘　　要：为评价中医药综合治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效及探讨其可能的疗效机理。对36例腰椎间盘突出症患者进行治疗前后JOA评分与测定血清中SOD活性。结果治疗后JOA评分明显下降,SOD活性明显升高,但腰椎间盘突出症疗效与SOD活性无关。认为本疗法是治疗腰椎间盘突出症的有效方法之一,但不是通过提高SOD活性而改善档床症状的。In order to evaluate the therapeutic effect of TCM comprehensive therapy on lumbar intervertebral disk hernia (LIDH) and explore the therapeutic-effect mechanism, 36 cases of LIDH were scored by the JOA system and the serum SOD activity was determined before and after the treatment. The results showed that after the treatment, JOA scores descent significantly, while the SOD activity ascended obviously but the therapeutic offect on LIDH was not related to the SOD activity, suggesting that this tharapy is one of the effective therapies for LIDH and functions to raise the SOD activity but it improves the clinical symptoms not through raising SOD activity.
