退役运动员二次职业生涯设计方法研究

摘　　要：职业生涯设计是西方人力资源管理理论中一个重要的组成部分,目前已经引起广泛的重视和应用。对于现役和将要退役的运动员来说,竞技运动生涯可以作为职业生涯的储备期,为二次就业奠定良好的体力和心理基础。试图为退役运动员出路问题提供思路,使他们在这个运用科学的、有效的充满竞争又强调个性、尊重个人的时代以适合人性的职业生涯设计方法应对外界变化,保证自身的持续发展。The professional career design was an important part of the theory of western human resource administration,which had been regarded as importance and be put in practice extensively. Sport career of sportsmen was regarded as their preprofessional career, and gave them a good body and mental base. The sportsmen who were in service or planed to retired must attach importance to their past experience in order to make their professional career design for looking for their 2^(nd) jobs. This study tried to provide a thought to sportsmen with resolving their occupation, and help them to have a good development,
