193例维吾尔族女青年眼外形测量研究

摘　　要：目的　了解新疆维吾尔族女青年眼外形、间距及意义 ,为体质人类学、医学美容学、整形外科学提供参考依据。方法　利用活动直脚规对 193例 17～ 2 0岁在校维吾尔族女大学生眼部外形进行测量。并用SPLW 3 0统计软件对测量数据按年龄分组进行分析、统计处理。结果　各年龄段内眦间距与瞳孔间距无明显差异 ;睑裂长度 (左、右侧 ) 17岁与 18、19岁组 ,18岁与 2 0岁组 ,19岁与 2 0岁组间有明显差异 (P <0 0 1) ;睑裂高度 (右 ) 18岁、19岁与 2 0岁组 ;(左 ) 18岁与 2 0岁组间有明显差异 (P <0 0 1)。Objective To study the external features of eyes of 193 female Uygur youth in Xinjiang for providing the relevant data for physical anthropology, cosmetology, and plastic surgery. Methods Measurement of the external features of the eyes was conducted in 193 female Uygur youth (aged from 17 to 20) with an compass. `SPLW for Windows' was used for statistical analysis of the measured data in groups divided according to different ages. Results The average medial canthus spacing was (34.05±0.27) mm. The average pupillary distance was (61.30±0.39) mm. The average length of palpebral fissure of the left side was (33.33±0.29) mm, and the right side (33.11±0.32) mm. The height of palpebral fissure of the left side was (11.92±0.24) mm, and the right side (11.85±0.14) mm. Conclusion There is no significant difference in the mean values in groups divided according to the age, the left side, and the right side, but there is significant difference in the length and height of palpebral fissure between each group (P<0. 01). We have accordingly inferred the stepwise regression formula for each measured index in groups of different ages. There is a significant difference in the external features of eyes of Uygur, Yi, and Han nationalities (P<0.01).
