摘  要:将单细胞蛋白核小球藻和活性污泥按照V藻∶V泥=1∶1的比例包埋于聚乙烯醇中制成小球,形成固定化藻菌共生系统,用来去除模拟污水里的氮磷。实验表明,不同的小球浓度的脱氮除磷效果不同,最佳效果的藻菌小球浓度为V球∶V水=1∶4 5,在60h的周期中,TN去除率为76 79%,TP的去除率在90%左右,小球浓度太低(V球∶V水=1∶9)和太高(V球∶V水=1∶3,1∶2 25,1∶1 8)则TN和TP的去除率明显降低。An immobilized algal-bacterial symbiosis system is established by the combination of single-cell Chlorella pryenoidosa with activated sludge in PVA for simulation of the removal of nitrogen and phosphorous in wastewater. It shows that the removal rate changes with the concentration of cells. The optimal concentration is V_(cells)∶V_(water)=1∶4.5. In the optimum system, the removal rate of nitrogen is 76.79% and that of phosphorus is about 90%. The removal efficiency declines obviously if the concentration of cells is too low (V_(cells)∶V_(water)=1∶9) or too high (V_(cells)∶V_(water)=1∶3, 1∶2.25, and 1∶1.8).
