石羊河流域水资源特征及开发利用研究

摘　　要：从内陆河流域水循环的角度出发,分析了石羊河流域水资源的特征;通过流域供用水现状及特点分析,揭示了水资源开发利用中存在的主要问题;针对问题产生的根源,提出了流域水资源合理开发利用的途径.This paper analyses the characteristics of water resources in Shiyang River Basin from the angle of water cycle in the inland basin.Main issues in the exploitation and utilization of water resources are revealed through analyzing current situation and feature of supply water and utilization water.In view of the issues, the countermeasures are proposed for the rational exploitation and utilization of water resources in Shiyang River Basin.
