摘 要:针对钛合金颅骨修复体的数字化制造[1],依据实际成形条件建立有限元模型,采用薄板成形数值模拟技术对颅骨修复体的成形过程进行仿真,从而事先预测可能出现的缺陷(拉裂、起皱与回弹等),优化调整冲压工艺参数。实践表明,利用仿真结果指导实际制造过程,大大提高了修复体成形的一次成功率,可消除成形的不确定性,保证个性化制造的成形质量。Based upon the digital manufacture of the Titanium alloy cranial prosthesis, the finite ele- mentmodel was established according to the real forming condition. The forming progress was simulated on computer through the sheet forming numerical simulation technology. The possible failing phenomena-cracks,wrinkle and spring back,were predicted in advance. Then adjust and optimize the technical parameters until the simulation is successful. Ac- cording the optimized parameters, the success rate of one step forming of the prosthesis was increased greatly. The uncertainty in the forming progress was avoided and the form- ing quality of the customized prosthesis was guaranteed.
