加味大承气汤灌肠对腹膜炎术后肠功能恢复的影响

摘　　要：目的 :观察加味大承气汤灌肠对腹膜炎术后肠功能恢复的影响。 方法 :对 97例患者随机分成两组 ,分别给予一般常规治疗及加用中药 (加味大承气汤 )保留灌肠 ,观察对比其肠功能恢复情况。 结果 :中药组在灌肠后各时段与对照组比较 ,其肠鸣音次数及排气排便时间有明显差异 (P值均 <0 . 0 1)。 结论 :大承气汤保留灌肠对弥漫性腹膜炎术后肠功能恢复有明显疗效。Objective To detect the effect of retention enema using Jiaweidachengqi decoction on postoperative recovery of intestinal function in patients with diffuse peritonitis Methods Ninety seven patients with diffuse peritonitis were randomly divided into two groups.The control group accepted the routine therapies,and the treatment group accepted retention enema by herbal medicine(Jiaweidachengqi decoction).The effect of functional restoration of the intestine was observed.Results Comparing the two groups,the bowel sounds perminute in the treatment group were more than in the control group(P￡001);and the time of passing flatus and bowel movements in the treatment group was markedly earlier postoperatively than in the control group(P￡001). Conclusion Retention enema using Jiaweidachengqi decoction given postoperatively showed evident therapeutic effect on the intestinal functional restoration in patients with diffuse peritonitis.
