三草安前汤配合中药灌肠治疗慢性前列腺炎97例

摘　　要：目的 :观察三草安前汤配合中药灌肠治疗慢性前列腺炎的疗效。 方法 :临床对照随机实验 ,194例患者 ,分型后各型随机等分为两组 ,治疗组予以口服三草安前汤配合中药灌肠 ,对照组口服前列康片 ,均以 1个月为 1疗程。 结果 :两组治疗后 ,在临床疗效、中医证候改善情况、EPS检查WBC计数变化方面有显著性意义 (P <0 . 0 1) ,在细菌转阴方面无显著性意义(P >0 . 0 5 )。 结论 :三草安前汤配合中药灌肠对慢性前列腺炎有较好的治疗作用。Objective To study the therapeutic result of Sancao Anqian decoction with herbal drug enema in patients with chronic prostatitis(CP) Methods According to the chronic prostatitis symptom index,assigned by The National Institute of Health(NIH) of U.S.A,one hundred and ninety-four cases of CP were divided into three groups:Ⅱ,ⅢA,and ⅢB.In each group,the patients were randomly divided into two groups:the treatment group(Sancao Anqian decoction with herbal drug enema)and the control group(Qian Lie Kang Tablet).The effect was evaluated after one-month follow-up.Results The whitecell count in exam.of prostatic secretion(EPS)and amelioration of symptom between treatment group and control group showed significant differences(P￡001).There was no significant difference in the negative seroconversion of bacteria. Conclusion The therapeutic effect of Sancao Anqian decoction with herbal drug enema in CP was satisfactory.
