紫金胶囊对细菌性前列腺炎模型大鼠炎性因子TNF-α及IL-8的作用

摘　　要：目的 :探讨紫金胶囊对前列腺炎的治疗作用机理。 方法 :采用大肠杆菌前列腺注射的方法制成细菌性前列腺炎大鼠模型 ,在给予紫金胶囊治疗后 ,观察大鼠血清中炎性因子肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF -α)、白介素 8(IL - 8)以及前列腺组织中TNF -a、IL - 8mRNA表达的变化。 结果 :紫金胶囊能显著降低大鼠血清中IL - 8、TNF -α水平以及前列腺中IL - 8、TNF -αmRNA的表达。 结论 :紫金胶囊对细菌性前列腺炎大鼠异常的免疫功能有调节作用 ,参与免疫调节是紫金胶囊治疗作用机理之一。Objective To observe the mechanism of Zijin capsule on treating chronic prostatitis Methods Chronic prostatitis was made in rat by injecting E.Coli into the prostate.The changes of serum TNF-αIL8 and the mRNA expression in rat prostate were observed.Results After administration of Zijin capsule the serum TNF-α,IL-8 and prostate TNF-α,IL-8 mRNA expression in rat with chronic prostatitis were reduced. Conclusion Zijin capsule can regulate the immune function in chronic prostatitis rat.Participation of immune regulation maybe one of the therapeutic mechanisms in chronic prostatitis.
